Boys' Doctor Receives a Noncompliance Letter

The doctor's office called to say they got a letter from UHC telling them they are noncompliant with the new regulations (Obamacare)regarding S&J. They haven't had a *well child* check in 2012 or 2013. In order for them to comply, we have to schedule an appointment we don't want and we don't need, for children who see so many doctors already and know every single detail about their health. SO... add two more appointments in December! All in the name of compliance. We rarely go one week without seeing this doctor and now we go in to waste her time and take time away from others- all to comply with the new CRAP law. Note to OBAMA: my two youngest haven't had well child checks in at least 5 plus years because we see the doctors so much already...... this new reg doesn't help us. Thank you! Obama still sucks.
